Return Policy

We do not accept returns, changes in products, sizes, or cancellations after the order is completed.
Please carefully review the confirmation screen before completing your order.
We do not accept changes in payment method after the order has been placed.
We cannot exchange damaged product packaging, such as a product’s box or plastic sleeve.

We are not liable for any stolen packages or missing packages after the shipment has been sent out from our store and is in the hands of our partner courier(s).

In the event that you receive a defective product or receive a product different from what was ordered, please email dutchshk@gmail.com within 7 days of your product’s arrival.

一旦訂單確定後，我們不接受退貨，退款，換貨或取消訂單。在確定訂單前請再次核對訂單上的資訊。我們亦不接受轉換付款方式而取消訂單。

如貨品包裝有損傷(如包裝盒有污漬或凹痕等)，我們不會作出更換。

如訂單不幸在運送途中寄失或被盗取，責任將由速遞公司負責。
